I am truly blessed. Her first go-fast ride with me was in the Skater "Jet Set" we ran a "conservative" 170 and she absolutely loved it! As we were idling out, I knew it would either make or break the relationship.
The icing on the cake was during the NJPPC Atlantic City Poker Run. We were running down to A/C and were halfway between the Barnegat Inlet and A/C when I lost a motor. We were at the half way point so we decided to idle down to A/C. We had 5 of us in the boat, no break down beer, 4-6 foot swells and no porta-potti! It took us 3 1/2 hours to get to the docks, our eyeballs were floating because we had to pee so bad, and we were a little sunburned. I thought that's it she will never do this again!
Later that night she told me that was the most fun she ever had out on a boat! I promised her I would install a porta-potti under the deck hatch and bring breakdown beer next time! We have since had many more runs and even better times on the water!
