I agree.
I say post whatever you feel you need to say. OSO went south big time. Thats a fact, not an opinion. Look how many people have let their membership expire, including myself. There is a reason SOS was created and it was not because of a shortage of boating websites.
I'll admit I still look just because of the daily habit. I just want to know who washes the OSO bus these days?

Although, I think it had to be said, leave well enough alone.

Fully Agree, thats one reason why I don't hang out on OSO as much and I have enjoyed the site for many,many years. I was the second person to join and Steve asked me if I wanted to be his Partner, back in the days when boating web sites started no money was involve or to be made, Plus web sites didn't cost $3500 plus up keep and yearly charges.

I don't think one forum should be a major topic on another. I've belonged to several boating forums for several years, and I don't think I've once referenced another forum. What's the point? Does anyone really care about someone's opinion of another forum? Will it cause people who go there not to go there? I just don't get it. Please explain to me what it is supposed to accomplish. If I don't like a site, I just don't go there. I'm sure not going to be talking about it, because it most likely make people who haven't been there check it out to see what's so bad.

I use the internet like the highway.
If I am on a road that becomes congested and the traffic is slow, I find another road.
So far this serious road has been a freeway with little to no construction slow downs. A brief closing maybe, but I missed it.
This has been one of the fastest sites I have been on in a long time.
Like any good road, it is only the matter of time before everyone knows about it...
And as the saying goes, you should never burn your bridges.... LOL
