Everyday after school all my friends would come over and we would scrap together about 10 gallons and ski until dark. Those were the good ol days.
I could fill up my car buy a six pack and some smokes and get change from a 20. Hell I could get loaded for 2 days in a row for 20 bucks now That will get 3 beers in a bar:boxing_smiley:
I'm still trying to figure out how I was able to afford to go out every night before I met my wife. It cost me a hundy every night at the bar 3K a month in beer:ack2:

That is the impression that I get also.
While I am not trying to give him a free pass, I do not think that he threatens the well being of the site and I am not prepared to compare him to some LDD type person.
Can't blame him for missing all of the cool stuff that we did when we were kids and wanting to have fun like us.

Anyone remember some of the early cable TV boxes???? 48 channels....row of 16 buttons with a switch on the side....tethered to the TV via a wire! If you pushed two buttons at the same time you could get a few special channels.
Or how about the first home video camera..... It hooked up to the VCR and weighed like 40 lbs.. lol

Please excuse my buddy "OLD guy" Doug. Its about 12 degrees F here. His toy box is covered in snow and ice. He can't boat and his wife is wearing a parka and muk luks instead of a bikini so he is probably just wound a little too tight right now
Once his house thaws and his boat comes out of hibernation and his wife starts removing layers of winter clothing, I'm sure he'll be just fine again :biggrinjester:

How about roll up windows and no air conditioning in my first two cars.
