Yes we will have to move. One of the criteria is I HAVE to be near water. So we are looking around Lake Norman. The good news is instead of being 12 hours from you guys we are going to be more like 7! :cheers2:

My brother is near that area, Concord, not too far from the track.
You will now be 7 to 8 hours, which is a one drive day away. Super awesome!!!
