Fund that's all the stuff my friends kept telling me, but the real stuff has to many calories. Today is my fourth day with no cool whip or coffee, my coffee was decaf anyway and I don't seem to like it without cool whip or a lot of half and half. I am starting to get into tea, decaf also. I had four kinds yesterday, first green, then Green with Mandarin Orange, then almond, then my reward, spiced chi with some half & half. Have any of you had chi, it's like drinking a warm cup of pumpkin pie.
