Arca race.....Danica started last in one of Juniors cars, finished 6th or something....did very well in a wreck fest.

Agreed i watched the race and you would have thought she was the only car running. I hope she does well and when she does she should get the hype, but she needs to earn it .

I didn't mined them talking about her some but holy crap they kinda over did it and wasn't there another woman driver in that arca race and she was in the top five up until the end

I agree they did over do it and I think there was 5 or 6 women in the field......

I couldn't agree more...she's not a bad driver but I think she's more of an Anna Kournakova than a true superstar driver...In five seasons of running the IRL she's amassed a total of one (1) win and three (3) poles in 81 races.
That doesn't strike me as being dominant at anything in that series and I don't expect her to fair any better in ARCA or Nascar.
It was kind of sad that all DW could say every other freaking sentence was Danica this and Danica that....come on already give it a rest I'm bored with the hype...
That and for most of the race she wasn't even the fastest women Allie Owens was running third for most of the race but Danica did managed to finish. It was a sad commentary that the only focus was on one driver who managed a whopping sixth place.
Funny, you guys are complaining about her, but how many of us regularly watch an ARCA race? You watched because there were chicks racing... 
I only managed to catch the last 15 laps so I didn't hear the entire broadcast. But given that she's NEW to this, she ought to be cut some slack. I saw that she qualified 12th...but read somewhere she started at the back? Either way that's not a bad result for a rookie...male or female.
She also seemed to not mind to rub a fender here or there, at least in the last laps I saw. Am I the only one that would love to see her punt Kyle Busch? It'd be a great cat fight...and I think she'd take him!!!

Its not just the race. Its the commercials too.
