Biden just came on a "Special Report". We immediately changed the channel on the Tv's.
I can understand why they call it a "Special Report" though, he is definitely in the "Special Needs" category. My best estimate is IQ below 52 on Terman's scale, or below 65 on Wechsler's scale. On the old Levine and Marks 1928 IQ classification scale that would be a Moron, Imbecile, or Idiot.
I'm thinking he used to be a Moron, has currently deteriorated to Imbecile, and is rapidly becoming an Idiot.
