I think I was in a bad mood when I posted. I actually want both parties to get along.
I don't want the republicans to be obstructionists to the president as much as I do not want him to be one.
You were fine. It is not, in my mind, obstructionist to do what is right for the county's future and to also try to do what you promised to do to get the votes of the citizens who are supposed to be in charge of this country. If you say things like, "Read my lips, no new taxes", or "If you like your insurance you can keep your insurance" or "Seniors making less than $50,000 will not have to pay taxes", or ........ If you don't keep your word you should be impeached. At any level of government, local or national.
So, almost every one of the new senators ran a campaign saying they would eliminate Obamacare, secure the border, and not grant amnesty to illegal aliens. They should do their best to keep their word.
One thing that was obvious to me, the voters are sick of Obama's mishandling of everything, and sick of the senate sitting on bill after bill without even bringing them up for a vote, 387 at last count.

Maybe the majority of voters who vote aren't as dumb as the democrats think? The news tries to talk about the do-nothing congress, but I think the voters figured out it was the obstructionist senate, not the do nothing congress.
