They delayed Sessions approval for AG. So, he got to vote today on DeVos creating the tie broken by the VP. It's amazing how idiots have things come back to bite them. Kind of like the nuclear option for judges below the Supreme Court. There are currently 111 empty federal judgeships out of the 870 total. With a Republican everything, every one of those will be filled by a conservative constitutional judge.

And the Senate can add the nuclear option to the Supreme Court if they want.
