Sad part is its probably true. There are a lot of nuts with nothing better to do. Had one like that in bklyn. Called cops at 905pm that music was to loud(4th of July party). Next two weeks they got to listen to Rappers delight from 8AM to 8pm over and over. Never complained again!

Jesus - that sounds as psychotic as my brother's neighbors. He has lived there a year and the police have been out dozens of times, including several before sundown. Called the County Environmental Protection agency on my brother for cutting down some dead bushes, then once for shooting a bottle rocket into the water at about 4pm. They came out one time because I had ridden my 4-wheeler over to his house and they called the police. They had a blow up with the other neighbors last weekend because she was idling out in her jetski and they didn't want to listen to the noise - several years ago they poisened that same neighbor's lab.

This Paul guy has to be of relation....
