The evolution of the 38 DW Fury

latest pics, new carbon deck, canopy is 33 inches further back now, and there is a lot of other work inside. Got to give Marc (Geico) a call and decide what we might be able to incorporate, think we can do the ribbed windscreen mask (TalkkinTrash style)especially as those raised ribs can disburse the initial force of the water on impact. Still a couple of months to the water though.

MMMMHHHHH, will the 850's fit under there now ????

Or do u have to build a scooped hatch again ?

As tall as the 850's are I would really like to see how they fit Maybe if they get them lower in the boat they may fit. Which will be better for keeping the CG low. Should be interesting but it ir really looking good.
 
there is actually more height under the hatches now, so no scoops for the 850's. there is an almost 4 ft bustle going on after the transom to keep the airflow smooth.

Thanks,,,hopefully the bustle does not flop like the first one,,,and i actually think its ugly ( i mean the bustle ) !!! LOL:sifone:
