The Bad: FTD and Fed-Ex

Ordered valentine flowers from FTD for delivery Friday 2/12. No delivery. Sent email to FTD customer service (no phone listed), No Reply. Fed Ex site showed "Out for Delivery" Saturday at 5:41 AM. No delivery. Was home all day waiting/watching but no one knocked, rang the bell or left a call tag.

I'm sure they will try to use the snow as an excuse but both Fed Ex and UPS made other deliveries (which were aslo ordered for 2/12 delivery) to our house on Friday so weather was not a factor.

They are definatly on my $hit list.

Time to get creative!......Break out the crockpot(tell her you're cooking something).......fill it up with water and massage oil...bake about 10 wash cloths for an hour...full body massage...haha...works everytime!
 
Her other present didn't make it either, but at least Amazon replied to my emails and ate the priority shipping.

I do see giving a back massage in my future since she spent all day working on the computer on her "day off".

This situation falls into the "There's nothing that you can do about it, so don't let it ruin your day" catagory!!!
 
Guess they get a partial credit. Never knocked but found them outside the door at 10:30. Glad I looked so they didn't sit and freeze over night.
