Friday Lunch Run UPDATE:
Meet near Red Buoy 8 at 1:00pm! Cruise north to Omena for lunch at Knot Just a Bar. We will RAFT and Swim/walk in since there are no docks available. Bring your swim trunks and bikinis! Our anchor will be set in about 3-4' of water. Trying to secure a dingy for transport but no guarantee.
After Lunch we can enjoy our Raft off, swim and relax! Other boats joining us later are encouraged to cruise up, raft up, and enjoy the group run back!
We are NOT going to Elk Rapids due to the increasing amount of boats coming early for the Friday run and they do not have enough transient slips available for us.
More boats = More fun! Looking forward to some great Powerboating!

There was some rather disturbing displays going on, depending on if you are old like Wrink and Dr Pete. Here is a really good shot of Dr Pete displaying his newly appropriated Safety Yellow Flotation Depends for Wrink so that they both can have better raft-ins and the rest of the people in attendance can stop worrying about their old-age leakage issues.........

I see those new Safety Yellow Flotation Depends have several form-fitting adjustments to make sure no leakage occurs even in the most trying of conditions. I wonder if they also come in Safety Orange so when Wrink gets his they will match his boat???? Or maybe they will even make them in custom colors designed by Mitcher T.....

WOW! Thanks everyone for a great weekend of Offshore Power Boating during The 3rd Annual Traverse City Fun Run 2014! Over 40 sweet powerboats, with some of the best crews running them, made for an amazing day on the water!
