Thank you: OPA, Orange beach, and the Racer's

Just A quick thank you to the OPA Staff, the Good People of Orange Beach, Alabama. And the Racer's that Put a on a Great show. As snotty as the water was you displayed the Sportsmanship, teamwork, and a lot of courage to race in what was a true rough water Race. I hope that some of my pics helped in showing how rough the water was!

One could have and one race 20 years ago isn't the same. Orange Beach has had multiple rough years. Some of the best air pix have been from Orange Beach. It was rough in '03 when I raced there. Who can forget the deck to deck pix of Motley Crew and Amsoil? Last year was bumpy and this year was spectacular. Since the course in Key West is basically in the harbor now it is unlikely you will ever see as much air.

OB has definitely been the course of Air lately.

I cannot remember any more spectacular air shots in the last 3 years at least.

I can only say this ..IT WAS HUGE WATER !!!!!!!!!! and probably the biggest i ever went 70 MPH in...LOL:driving::sifone:
