DK Sorry I did not get back right away,those are drive oil tanks to keep a little head pressure on the Arnesons.

I love that boat, 2 speed when you shifted it would pin you back from what I heard. Check the bottom of the page on link.

The Power play was a good running boat, both with Speed masters and Bravo's and we know that the boat ran really well with the Diesel and Arnesons as well.

So it would stand that the boat would run very well with gas engines and Arnesons as well as the CG would be even farther aft with the gas engine application as they are shorter and lighter than the diesel's.

I've built a 38 PP with arneson ASD7's and everything from 525's to 800's in my head at least 250 times. 525/XR run ~84, so I'm thinking 525/ASD7 could hit 90+!!!

I don't know why none of the 4 boats with 750's used arnesons?? They all went bravo's, now 1 has BMAX, and 1 has Konrad ACE. Not sure of the drives on the Temper Tantrum "Taz" boat? The 4th did the whole pulse drive debacle thing.
