I bought a old truck off an old man one time. His sales pitch was it had warranty. We agreed on a price. I asked about the warranty. I he said it had a black top warranty. I asked, "What is that"? He said, " See the black top at the end of my driveway, the warranty is good untill you reach the blacktop and it's all down hill".

Matt, I dought I'll make it, We are having to start our well over. Not a good week here we lost 3700' of 5" Drill pipe and $900,000.00 worth of tools in the hole. Shale started sluffing into the wellbore and packed off the bit and stuck us tighter than a pigs pussi. We couldn't circulate, rotate go up or down. As we were trying to get unstuck the pipe parted while pulling 525,000#'s on the drill string she broke @ 12,500' we were 17,200', 800' from finishing the well @ 18,000' when we got stuck. As you can see in the photos the joint of pipe that parted. This is 5" od drill pipe @ 25#'s per foot. Broke it like a stick and deformed it like a peice of taffy.
