A couple of our crew members hauling the boat were in an accident on the way to Michigan City. Everyone involved seems to be doing okay, but are being checked out as a precaution.
Team KLOVAR will not be racing this weekend as damage is too extensive.

The 7 year old was still in the hospital today, some bleeding issues in the brain and between two vertebrae in the back. But, they were hoping he would be released today, had not heard by when I left Michigan City.

He was in the back seat in a proper car seat.

He is released and supposed to be fine.

The boat was delivered to Skater today, not nearly as bad as we originally thought considering what happened. It was towed up on its own trailer by a friends pickup. Two tires on each side of the four as one axle was bent.

If they want, I believe it could be out there by Key West, unless they decide to modify it into a two seater from the four seater. We shall see.

One of the most interesting things; if people had been in the boat, even though it landed upside down on the road, they would still be alive.
