Swapping 502efi for 525efi

Converting a Black Thunder from 502/540efi engines to Merc Racing 525 efi. Does anyone know of common issues that may arise in this swap. I m worried about electrical connections and sending units to the new livorsi guages. Everything worked for the 502/540s.

Any help would be great!!!!!!!!!!!

I have heard lots of gauge trouble. Need a certain cable to convert. Maybe the new Livorsi's will be compatible already.

Should be plug and play. Standard wire harness plug worked fine on my Skater that was converted to 525's from big blower engines.

If you had a 10 pin harness and the new 525 has the 14 pin I have some adapter harnesses.
