Stopped in at MTI today...

I had a friend call in a favor and got Jonah Ashby (Production Manager) to show me around. (Of course, I was traveling without a camera!) Things are a little slow (8 boats total in the building), but the place lived up to my expectations. Spent some time talking to their paint guy and looking at their nifty electrical management systems. They really care about what they build.

Someday, maybe someday, I'll be in the market for one.

Dang, I drive by there every day and have always wondered what it is like in there. Once in a while you can see something on a trailer outside.

Its an odd feeling being in STL and being as far from any ocean as you could possibly be but surrounded by some of the most amazing offshore boats you could dream of...

It's not an autoclave.
