It was found by the Miami police in a storage yard. It did not look like it fit there so the cops watched it and then got the details of the person that rented the spot. All that was missing were the speakers as far as we know now. The police have not released it yet and are still working on the person who rented the spot. The police have had it for a while, so evidentally the police departments down there do not talk to each other... More details to come as I find them out.
