Buying a non running boat is like playing rolette. Are you feeling lucky?

The only exception in my mind to buy a non running boat is if you plan to buy new engine/ drive packages.

We have the run and photo shoot with the West Michigan Offshore run on Saturday. So, we'll leave after and drive over like last year. Other than that, not sure yet.
