Dreams to come true! Well looks like I have the best wife in the world. She bought us a house waterfront home on Cudjoe Key. Been wanting this for 40 years. I'm still going to work in MD for 2 more years but looking to be able to go to keys at least 12 weeks each year. Will give me time to sell the Sonic and buy a CC. BBB goin to have new neighbor. I'm so excited.

Thanks to Bobcat from steering me away from a bad deal last year.

Any major reason to pick Cudjoe over other Keys?

Not sure really. Wanted to be in lower keys, price was right, boat lift already there, house in good shape and nice neighborhood. Looks to as storm ready as it can be with metal roof and all the hurricane shutters in place. Cudjoe Bay access is short canal ride to open water.

I haven't looked around Cudjoe Key, we looked up around Islamorada, Marathon, Duck when we were reviewing homes to buy. Next time down we'll try to plan some time in the lower keys.
