I need some new sea strainers. I need large volume with easy to remove lids. The ones i have in the Benz boat are a bit too small for the volume I need. Some of them are nearly impossible to get the lids off due to the design. What are the newest, best looking, best functioning out there??

just call latham and tell him what you want. if the stock 15" can doesn't work for ya they will make you something custom.

Which ones do you have now?

I think you are all missing a bet if you don't get the 'pop-off' strainer to let the bubbles out before they go through the motor. Step boats make lots of bubbles.

I really liked the Stainless Marine strainers. Very stout solid construction.

How about only having to use 1 hand to remove the lid? Is that easy enough? :sifone:

Hardin Marine has your back with their popular Swirl-a-Way sea strainers. They offer several different capacities for different needs. Let us know if you have any questions about them.
