I have had similar scam emails sent to me when I have had units listed online. The name "Bowen" is used constantly by this person/people. The first time I received one of these, it sounded good and legit for the first email, same scenario.. girl from England coming to Queens University to work on a research program, and after I responded the reply I got back was the giver that it was a scam. Started telling me stuff about herself, her interests which included church, knitting, reading poetry, opera, classical music and... Nascar. Yeah, sure! But the best part was when she said that she would also require a parking space as she would be having her red 1999 Honda Civic sent over....
