Saturday Boating...What a day!

Wouldn't it have been easier to put on shorties?????
I guess I like to do things the hard way! It was simple math actually; $7K vs. $1K and my own labor! It wasn't cost effective.... :seeya::lurk5:

If your average boater can't do their own work but wanted to do it, they would spend near $4-5K so they may want to spend the extra to do the shorties. For example; BMax short shafts are $1K ea.

That's funny, I remember the mini model-T's...those guys are alright.

Selama Grotto, a branch of the Masons. My dad's been a Mason since before I was born. He became a 32nd degree Mason in the Phillipines when I was born.:sifone:

Erin has a band????? Tell me more! How's the guitar by the way?If If I run into him again I will press him with the offshore race question. He probably does not want to be bothered with an event that he can not make money from....note I said he and note the local business establishments. He probably gets some kick back from ALMS and Indy.

I know Mike Allweiss could spread a lot more light on this and Major Baker.

I know the guy who used to organize (still does?) the Blues Fest or whatever it's called on the water there. I can't remember his last name, but he went by Sonny. He owned the Ringside on Fourth Street, and sang for the Backtrack Blues Band. They were all lawyers, except the drummer. :)
