Florida Keys national wildlife refuge managers will close down Boca Grande, Woman Key and the beaches at the Marquesas Keys for three days next month to keep powerboats off those sensitive islands during an annual powerboat poker run.
All boaters will be prohibited from beaching their vessels on those islands Nov. 13-15, said Chris Eggelston, acting Keys refuges manager.
