I just got off of the phone with Shane from BT. I have heard nothing but positives from numerous people about the service and cooperation BT owners receive from BT. My conversation affirms that. Extremely cooperative and very patient. I got answers to all of my questions, and Shane is going out of his way to hook me up to get even more defined information. I've been a boat owner for 25 years. Boaters are cool people and generally very helpful, but it appears to me from this conversation and other answers I have received here that BT raises the customer satisfaction bar to a higher level.
