That was one of the boating sports I wanted to try but never got the chance.

I don't think I have reflexes nearly quick enough.
I watch trophy trucks in the desert and have no idea how that is done either

If you can race motocross or desert race, you can do Offshore or Jet Sprint boats.

The jet sprint boats, river or course, you need a really good navigator who has the river or course memorized though.
