S. FL too cold for manatees!

There's nothing funnier than seeing a Floridian in 40 degree weather.

It is 50 right now (7 pm).....had an employee (life long resident of NJ until 3 years ago) argue with me that it was too cold to wash the truck (trucks and trailers get washed every Monday). Keep in mind I am in the pool business and your hands are usually wet all day anyway. He didn't do it yesterday when it was 60ish and it was too cold then. I told him if he didn't want to do it then he could take it to the local car wash at his expense!

Needless to say I will be looking that truck/trailer over tommorow afternoon......

Thanks, but I'm good. :sifone: Weather will be in mid 60's by then.

Hope u'r right. 60's = shorts and flip flops for me.

BTW when fellow SOS'rs come to LOTO form afar I always offer to buy them a beer.

I'm not laughing here. This isn't funny. I can see my breath, there's frost on the ground, and I'm stuck inside the house. This is awful. I hate being inside.

Let's fire up the grill and cook some manatee steaks!! :cheers2:

Man up...geeeez. You can still grill out under 32 degrees!

It takes the fun right of it, when you need a glove to hold a cocktail.
I have ventured outside though. Got the laptop in the garage.
:)

I threw a couple pork tenderloins on the grill tonight. It was 12 degrees. Stood out there in a sweatshirt, drank a couple beers and BS'ed with my neighbor.
