being an Alpha male, I am not used to such things, have to pull a bravo tonite after work, I am guessing in fwd...than pull...but does it weigh much more than an alpha??

Are you just asking if you will be able to "man-handle" it? (I know someone is gonna run with that comment...)
If I were to throw a number on it, I'd guess ~150#.
I can carry mine around, but I'll admit it's not easy (I'm 5'11, 160).
Just physically removing it alone would be extremely difficult.
Two guys - no problem.
I had to carry mine from a table to the bed of the truck, and I was huffing and puffing, but could get it there.
I cut a notch in a workbench that I can slide it into to stand upright, and I'd either want a bigger dude (thanks Sean), or two guys to set it in there.
Just a pretty awkward shape to be carrying around.
Damn!!! Good estimation on my part. It was just a guess.
But to actually remove the drive, I'd certainly recommend two guys, and a block to support the skeg.
As stated, it's somewhat awkward to handle.
Carrying drives around keeps me in shape. If I couldn't do it alone I would be out of work.
It doesn't have to be in forward like an Alpha. Remove the speedo connector first. You do need to assure the cable disconnects. I have a 6x6 and some assorted wood. If you make a platform with wood under the skeg it helps by holding the weight of the drive while removing and installing.
got it off... now any tips for the bellow? I have done several alpha's but never a bravo with the retaining ring deal... just coat the outside with bellows adhessive and tap the metal ring in??
It doesn't call for adhesive. There is a puck type driver for the ring. Smear a little soap on it. The bellows has what appears to be 2 grooves on the aft side. The second groove is the one to ride on the lip of the bellhousing.
There is a guy on OSO that makes a bellow install tool. He sells them on ebay for around 30 or 40 bucks. His name is whoya on OSO, his ebay name is something similar.
