roller material on bow

Anyone know how to remove some bow yellow roller material that peeled off and is stuck on the bow ?

Yes it worked fine. About 10 minutes of rubbing did the job. I guess the bow roller seized on the shaft and everytime I winched the hull up tight some of the roller material adhered to the bow.
