He was killed on his farm working on a dump truck yesterday. Only 54.

Great memories of The Bird, when he was a friend of my Mom in the 70s.

I have a Detroit hat, a ball, and the Sports Illustrated cover Issue, with my mailing lable on it, signed by him.

My Mom has a really nice 8x10 of the two of them at an event in about 1981.

If, big if I remember right, he won 19 games his 1st year!! Just missed that big 20 mark!!!!
