I have a pit ( 6 years old ) and i really don't know how he would act...if i knew i would take him........my wife and i are just as loving to animals like u ...we have 25-10 squirls...5 duck's , 1 racoon and 1 possom.....1 duck, the racoon and 5 of the squirls eat out of our hands..although they live out side........PLEASE GINO KEEP HIM !!!!!!!!!!!!
