I hate guys like you! Thanksgiving is the earliest lights should be put up. I gave up on the roofline ones after doing that once at my newest house. The roofline is 24 ft off the ground, not worth getting hurt doing! 24 ft is a hard hit!

Neither of them are mine; just LOL'ed at the picture so posted...

I don't put up lights- simple classy white candles in the windows and waxed paper bags with candles/sand lining the driveway.

As a kid I use to ride around with my peeps looking at lights. People still do that now but are in limos and go to the guys house with 4392 frickin blow up things so why bother.

Plus- the lower energy cost contribute directly to how many empty booze bottles are in my recycle bin. Win-win for Mom Nature!
