Pure Platnum does 186!

Bill, not to bring up bad memories but just read a nice write up in an old poker runs america about you and the article said the original PP was totaled by a helicopter. How did this happen and what was the outcome if you dont mind answering.

Helicopter went down killing two while PBM was testing/filming the orignal PP. Some debris struck one of the sponsons....Like Bill said, damage to the boat was not bad at all.

Glad all the aftermath mess is all over. I'm sure you are too Bill.

Congrats Bill, Tommy/Chief on the engines and tuning and Jason Ventura on the set-up and wrenching. Great team effort. Lookin forward to the video.

That is an incredible # to begin with but to do it on 93 and in a non canopy boat is simply amazing!!!!

Congrats to Bill and everyone involved.

WOW, That's phucking awesome. Cheers to you!!:cheers2::cheers2:

My wife had enough after about 4 minutes and made me put headphones on.:D:sifone:

...In her defense, it was turned all the way up.

I can't even imagine what it feels like going that fast on water! On top of that you're in an open cockpit with no helmet. I went 180 in a stock car and it was insane, but smooth. You've got to be on your toes to keep a boat stable at that speed. Congrats, truly an amazing piece of machinery! And what's more impressive is that it's always running!

A lil smaller set of props on that thing should let the revs come up and give you a few more MPH ;) :)

Congrats man, be safe out there..
