I roped a large cockroach with some dental floss(unwaxed) tonight....it put up a good fight ...... I tried to ease the line out and let it run ......but I panicked and jerked the line....it's head popped off..........I'm fairly certain it would have been a world record on extremely light tackle......I'm going to leave the body on the bathroom floor to remind myself to slow down in life.

I'm on my way...
Did the Christmas shopping today, gifts, food (6lb prime rib roast for two people - maybe the dogs will even get a small plate).
Truck load of firewood, LIBATIONS, working in the yard stacking wood drinking beer this afternoon.
Two more days off, and then two back on before the 2-day holiday for me.

I made a bit pitcher of whiskey sours tonight, made a couple of snacks (buffalo chicken dip and a bagel dip) and invited people over anytime after 7:30 for a Tony's birthday/christmas party. Here we are almost 10 after seven and Tony isn't home yet. Think he'll survive his birthday if he doesn't get home in time?

I'm just guessing he already had the snowmobile, and now it is "new to you" because of the marriage.
My wife got a whole new wardrobe of shirts after we got married. I realized today that she has worn one of my shirts more times than I have...
Kinda had a feeling it was the same type of deal.

Just remember, trees jump out in front of you really quick (I know). Don't try to keep up to the leader until you feel comfortable going fast.
