Today was the Poker Runs America, Cape Coral event. The SW Florida weather did not
disappoint, it was warm and sunny, with temps around 72 and Northwest winds around
10 knots.

I was at the Lighthouse at Boca Grande Pass. The shots contain:

all the boats that came in from the Gulf, through the pass
the lighthouse and surrounding area
the phosphate pier
the chapel
the range light, lighthouse
Banyan street, so called due to the Banyans that line it
the causeway swing bridge, in an open position
Lemon Bay just north of the swing bridge

You will need to click the link below, which will take you to one of my pages at the photo website.

Thanks as always !:cheers2:

It a pleasure to share pictures here.

Gald you enjoyed them

The red buoy in the third shot is 1.5 miles away, and the beach in the background of most of the close-up shots is 1 mile away. Most of the close-up shots were at 200mm, the maximum focal length of my lens

I think I need longer, faster, professional quality "L" series, white Canon glass. I can dream, but it's not in the budget this year.
