Hey Bill, back in about 2000 I purchased a multi K boat item 4 a new 2000 353 Fasttech that turned out 2 B all FK'd multiple X's over! This company adv'd in PRA. I called Bill Taylor 1 day & told him about the situation & said why don't U put MY story in your mag about this well known marine co!!! I'm still waiting!!!!!:( The above can all B verified my sell'n Formula dealer & after the fact hired specialists that found components on this item backwards & FK'd up!!!

Just to set the record straight...skater has won MANY awards from powerboat mag over the years (safe to say more than MTI). Maybe you guys missed the part where this was a "peoples choice" award. Poles were taken via Email and at the PBM website.

Great point!!!! Skater and MTI are both SICK boats, why argue??:driving:
 
I have noticed over the years some of the Skater guys really get wound up when MTI does something good. They come out bashing and making excuses. The people gave this award. Not an advertisement, not an editor who may have been swayed, but the public at large who buy boats. I have owned a Skater(s) and currently own a MTI. I say both are great boats. Now how many Skater guys will also admit the MTI is a great boat? This really gets old and seem very childish.
