Pontoon ID Help.. a Felony !

Felony hit & run. Somebody caught this SOB on camera.
Can anybody ID the manufacturer of this Toon? From the side Logo ?
& size? I'd say 28' ???

I've seen this pic elsewhere.
He'll be caught.
Not sure what makes it felony?? He damaged a dock and thrashed his boat, but I haven't heard of any injuries or such.
Not that I condone this AT ALL!!!
He'll be found in the next week, and insurance will deal with it.
