As some of you know, along with my passion for boating, I've been involved with offroad motorcycles all my life.

The eco weenies are trying to block public access to public land.

Thanks,

I realize this is not boating related but I'd appreciate it if it coud stay in GD as it seems to get the most views.

done.....you know in a very high profile case up here it was found dirt bikes
do no more damage to the environment than horseback riders.....in that case the enviro's LOST.....was a presedent setting ruling around here.....they were trying to do the same thing...block access to public land for dirt bikes.....I could prob dig up something on the case if you like......I HATE enviro's.....I like to see them lose. doug

Signed .
I started riding at around 10 . Met some long time friends and learned basic mechanics from fixing our Bikes . More kids need to be able to fix things these days , There is more out there than Xbox .

Signed.
Been riding since I was 6. A number of years back we lost the right to ride legally in Myles Standish state forest here in Mass. The state had been helping to maintain the trails along with local clubs since the 1960's. The horse people along with the eco idiots and some wealthy yuppie blow boat types put an end to it. Now it's mostly horse trails. Good luck.

It's a shame that Myles Standish was closed. I rode there a lot during the 70's. I did quite a few Wednesday rides with Dick Bennencourt. He was a great guy.

My first house was surrounded by Willowdale State Forest in Ipswich MA. I specifically bought that house so I could have unlimited access to the forest. Shortly after I bought, the horse riders had bikes and snowmobiles banned from the woods.

Thanks for all the signatures!
