How you interpreted that as me saying I boycotted the census is beyond me. It was a reference to Bachmann's nutjob claims about the census.

Has anybody asked Petraeus if he wants the job?

I forget who said it, but I liked the idea. We need someone that's qualified for the job, but doesn't really want it. Someone that realizes that we're in a sh!t hole of downward spiraling issues, and sees it as his duty to serve in a fashion that will put us back on a reasonable path. Someone that isn't looking to cash in on the office.

Would you put your family through it, if you were qualified? I won't, cause I could find a better paying job without the media hounding me or my family.
Anybody wanting the job cares little about their family and it's all about them and that's both sides.
 
Have to hand it to the Dem's they've done a good job with the "blame Bush" rhetoric and since most Democrates have an IQ of less than 90 it stands to reason they'd believe most anything.
 
I miss Mr. Bush. He wasn't perfect.
I don't care if idiots blame him beyond the scope of his realistic culpability.
I still miss him. :(

I don't remember seeing a teleprompter on 911 when GW was talking to the school kids.
BO needed one when he talked to kids.
BO had a prompter and still screwed up corpsmen - TWICE

Saw on the news today, some one of the @#$%istan countries.. the armed citizenary stormed the capital and overthrew the govt because they were tired of corrupt politicians, bad economy and high taxes....... how many guns do we have in the US?
