4pm - 6pm: Arrive and complete annual member dues / Sponsorship at front with Kaitlyn.
6pm - 7pm: Information session regarding:
- Results from fall survey
- Changes in registration policies
a) Early bird registration 10 days prior to event, $675.00, late registration $750.00 Concierge fee $75
b) Sponsor entitlement now includes Concierge registration
c) No registrations day of the event!
- 2025 upcoming season and rollout event schedule.
7pm: Catered dinner and socialize!
