Pee or not to Pee‏

There are so many things about the system that could be changed that would eventually benefit the people in the system. Drug testing is one. Not paying for more babies popping out is another. Although many don't recall in 1994 when the R's took over they pushed through welfare reform over a HUGE caterwalling about how unfair it was and who was going to DIE in the streets because of it. Oddly enough once Clinton signed it, none dead in the streets (other than the typical drug hits, etc.) . This is proof positive that reasonable changes are possible if the issue would ever be taken up that way, good luck with that right now:rolleyes:
