As did mine last last year, from what I understand pancreatic cancer is pretty much an imminent death sentence. My gramps only made it about 3 months from diagnosis to his passing.

Less than 5% of the patients that have it live past the 5 year mark..... A friend of mine has it. He is beating the odds so far but he is in year 2.
