Pantera 24 transom replacement

Here is the latest, all covered in glass, got some sanding and gelcoat work to do this weekend.:ack2:

Built the mold yesterday for the splashwell replacement insert, gonna go lay some glass in a bit:cheers2:

so Rick when are you dropping her in for your first sea trial and looking good .

Gonna be a while still, needs paint, and the compressor took a crap today, also, been sitting so long, trailer brakes are locked, got them free, but the trailer needs some work:rolleyes:

DID manage to get the part pulled, here is the new shape of the 24:bump:

Looks good! A 24 Pantera with a "Trunk".
Maybe I missed it, or maybe I forgot, is the motor on a bracket? Or are you cutting into the "trunk" to mount the motor? (I still think you need to add a second motor:sifone:

Nice Rick, i would stiffen that up a bit and make an acces pannel behind the rear seat to get in there...but i guess u tought about that anyways !!!!!!:sifone:

It is 5 layers of 1708, last layer has ribs, that I made with 1" PVC, it will all be tied into a bulhead at the front of the knees that will be cut out for access.
