Looks kind of like Seal Beach or Newport, but hard to tell from the glare. I don't see any oil islands so that leads me to believe that it's Newport except that the water is so flat.

On further review, Newport and Balboa don't have the life guard tower...

how many people do we know that can not find there way without a chartplotter. what happened to using a compass and a brain

glassdave and myself won our class in the Bimini race with a compass..no coordinates at all, we set a path and rolled with it...
