About ten years ago when I first started looking for an offshore boat I didnt know that theese forums existed, come to think of it many of them didnt at the time.

Anyway, most of my searching was done via the old boat trader magazines, regional classifieds, and other local paper listings and stopping into dealerships and brokerage lots. Some of the **** I saw was F'in unbelivable. I saw more than a handfull of non Cigs with Cig stickers, a Chris Craft with a Fountain logo. I had a broker try to tell me that a Scarab Excell that he was trying to sell me was personally built by his longtime best good buddy Don Aronow who was shot a bazzilion times with machine guns by the mob.

My scarab sits in my driveway. I call to order pizza the other night and the guy on the phone said " I know that house , it has the cig in the driveway" . Blame always goes to the Cigs !!!
