We are working on staffing assignments for the new Penguin Administration. The position of Queen of Bammin is being looked at VERY closely. We will also need legal representation. I wonder is Frankies Attorney has time for this kind of work. Now that Stecz and Phragle are both with out jobs we may have to find a place for them. But there is an immediate out law of all Kool Aid, and Kool Aid products. Moblemercman is now in charge of the tech section. Rat I like you, you get to keep your position. What do you do any way? Bobcat is not the ambassador to the Mexico. Not sure why, but I think it's a job he will shine at. Uncle Brooks is now the God Father, and will NEVER be questioned with out SERIOUS repercussions. MarylandMark is now the Official SOS beer bottle washer. Inbetween, being family is in charge of the Dock.

The office of Chief of staff has been awarded to Phragle. Rob exemplifies what the Penguin Administration stands for, and he is a true Pengahaulic! All future cabinet and staff positions will be announced by Rob. I want to thank him for accepting this position.

Ruling by the Penguin Administration
One last appointment before I turn all staffing decisions over to my Chief of Staff. clayinaustin is appointed to the cabinet position of Head of HR and will report directly to the Chief of Staff. Clay comes to us with wealth of knowledge in recruitment and personnel screening. He will make Rob's life much easier.

You need to go back an read:
I am in charge now. You have been given a very high level cabinet position reporting directly to me. I have much faith in you, now get to work filling the cabinet positions number one.
