One of the things I love about the new 41 is that it is being built as an open cockpit boat. I don't know anything of the rules in this class, but while I watch so many builders bringing out canopied boats to the race...
It just loses the feel for me. It becomes really impersonal.
Seeing guys bouncing around in the boat while pushing it to it's limit is what this is all about to me.
I guess that's why I always liked the old F-1 and F-2 classes (back in the APBA days), and the fact that racing seemed like an attainable dream.
Also have always liked the P-classes.
