got to the ramp after work and encounter this. :ack2:

Fire company testing their hoses and a 19' Lund twisted up on his trailer after taking 2'ers over the stern and partially sinking.

I helped the elder gentleman get his boat safety back up on the trailer, cracked a beer and decided it was maybe not such a hot idea to go for a spin after all.

I know where that ramp is!!

OH YA! we boat out of crystal beach, but we cruise the river quite a bit. sometimes we pull it out and tow it down to the ramp beside nicholls marine on the canadian side and launch or just drive it over from the cottage. we usually head down to north tonawanda and go to dwyers for 10 cent wings and cheap beers. you ever been there? they have some of the most rockin wings ive ever had.

I've got pics and video of boating under the Peace Bridge somewhere. People have no idea how much current we get to play with there.
